James Patterson's Cross Book Review

Hello world!
James Patterson has always been my all-time favourite writer. He specializes in writing trillers which will attract you with its heart-pounding actions and twists! Thinking back, the first book I read by James Patterson is Honeymoon. It was written in a style which no other writers could do and soon got me waiting excitedly for his latest installments, for example, The Big Bad Wolf & The Women's Murder Club Series. My latest late-night read has been another of James Patterson's latest installment- Cross. Today I will be posting about this sensational blockbuster which has been keeping me superstitious at night, due to the high level of mysteries! So, sit back and enter the world of James Patterson's marvellous writing skills!
Cross by James Patterson
Cross is a breakthrough novel by James Patterson.
The main character, FBI agent Alex Cross got involved in a
recent crime that may be linked to his wife's ruthless murder years ago. The
story starts with his retirement from the FBI agency to spend more time with his
children. He went back to his previous job, being a full-time psychologist.
Finally, Cross feels that his life is in order, without the burden of catching
murderers and facing constant threats that may hold his family's lives in
danger.
Cross's former partner, John Sampson, engages Cross to help
out in a recent brutal rape-crime wherby the victims were all threatened with
terrifying photos. Now, Cross and Sampson has to get the victims to talk about
the terrifying photos, and to discover the twist to the photos which holds its
victims in great fear.
During the process of solving the crime, Cross realises that
the murderer may be the same murderer who took this wife's life years ago. This
new fact slaps Cross in the face, making him work doubly hard to solve the crime
and to get hold of the murderer.
After reading this book, I hold even higher esteem for James
Patterson, for being able to write a book which holds such a twist. Every James
Patterson novel is highly capable of making you flip the pages till the end,
reading through the night, and having goosebumps in the process of reading.
All these qualities which James Patterson pocess makes him a
highly capable triller writer whom many idolises, and this is the reasons why I
strongly recommend everyone who is reading this review to grab a copy of this
book and start encovering the world of James Patterson!
